Friendster Says ‘You Have Until May 31 To Save Your Stuff’

Friendster, a leader in social networking once upon a time, will have a major transformation. It announces that starting May 31, the site will shift from social networking to social entertainment, which will concentrate on gaming and music. Here is the bad news: all the photos, messages, comments, testimonials, shoutouts, blogs, forums and groups will be removed. These stuffs will no longer be part of the account by May 31, 2011.

The good news is, that is if you still care for your Friendster, your account will not be deleted. This means that in the new Friendster, you will still have the same email login and password. Also, your list of friends will be kept up, along with your basic profile information.

The site is now providing an exporting tool to back-up your information by exporting photos to Flickr and Multiply.

Justin Bieber Snubs Fans, Vomits During Concert, Slaps Fan’s CD and Yells At The Cameraman

Canadian pop singer slash songwriter and most recently, actor Justin Bieber arrived in Manila for his My World Tour series of concerts last May 10 at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Report has it that JB arrived weak and sick. Upon his arrival, you can clearly conclude that he was not feeling ‘okay’ as evidenced by his lack of passion to look, wave, say hi, or even sign autographs for his eager fans. Top it all, he was surrounded by giant bodyguards. So yeah, I feel sorry for the fans. Also, he was on his fugly beats by dr. dre headphone and before you notice, he is gone like a bubble.

Self-proclaimed “eventologist” Tim Yap spilled to the media that the “Baby” singer although weak and sick said that ‘the show must go on.’ From the airport, JB went off for press conference to the concert stage for some sound check and viola, the concert per se. Yes, no rest, as Tim points out. It has also been reported that Justin was seen vomiting backstage during his concert.

The next day, JB left the Philippines with, not love, but slapping (I repeat, slapping | watch video below) the cd a fan’s dad (yes, a dad) held on his hand to get it autographed for his daughter and yelling at the cameraman to ‘get out of the way.’
